Cage THE ELEPHANT is a Bowling Green, Kentucky-based five piece band consisting of Matt Shultz (vocals), his brother Brad (guitar) and their friends Daniel Titchenor (bass), Lincoln Parish (guitar) and Jared Champion (drums). Matt, Brad and Daniel grew up on an alternative religious commune started by their ex-hippie parents.

81. social cues is a polarizing album when it comes to the reception from the general public and hardcore cage the elephant fans alike. i personally love this album but many people find it to be boring or obnoxious. this is a lot different than previous cage the elephant albums. it’s not as wild as their first two albums but not as polished
